Jason Repko Begins Rehab with PawSox
In his first season with the Red Sox, outfielder Jason Repko has unfortunately spent more time on the disabled list than he has on the field.
After healing from a minor knee injury suffered while playing for the PawSox in April, Repko was called up to Boston where, after playing in just a handful of games, he injured his left shoulder crashing into the outfield wall.
Repko was placed on Boston’s disabled list and while rehabbing his shoulder, tweaked his knee once again. Now, with a fully healed shoulder, Repko has already appeared in seven rehab games with Single-A Greenville in order to return his knee to full health. Tonight Repko bats second for the PawSox and plays right field.
